The relic is located in Hiep Thanh ward, Nga Bay city. This is the headquarters of the Southern Joint Armistice Committee, the center of the two assembly points of Can Tho and Ca Mau after the 1954 Armistice Agreement. The relic was ranked as a National Historical Relic on June 28, 1996.
